However, with regard to the staff members, Claudia- Premier Card Services Supervisor, Mike- Concierge, Dejaney- Front Desk, Shamira- Ambassador, Bryan-Rocco’s, and, Herb-Bellman, are all exemplary, with regard to job performance. Please understand that this establishment is a work in progress, and, not without its flaws which, I will address in a subsequent review.
I rated the establishment “Excellent,” based on its overall presentation, location, and, the staff’s performance, in general. It is also extremely spacious, with magnificent ocean views, architecture, and, decor. Perfect location for a relaxing, and, enjoyable getaway.
